1. Scope and Legal Information

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the Finn & Rosie online store, operated by:

Any differing condition submitted by the customer is only binding if expressly accepted in writing.

2. Contract Conclusion

By placing an order, you are submitting a firm offer to enter into a purchase agreement.

The contract is considered concluded when we confirm your order by email or when the products are shipped.

3. Prices, VAT, and Customs Duties

All prices listed on our site are exclusive of VAT applicable in Australia.

In certain exceptional cases (e.g., deliveries outside the EU), customs duties or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the displayed price and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • PayPal

Payment is due at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Times:
On average, delivery takes up to 4 weeks. In case of delays, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process. Unless otherwise stated, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk Transfer:
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

a) Right of Withdrawal:
You have 30 days from receipt of the order to withdraw, provided you have a valid reason, such as:

  • Damaged or incorrect item received

  • Clearly incorrect size (after prior contact with customer service)

  • Item not matching its description

b) Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Used or incomplete items

  • Opened hygiene products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

c) Returns:
The item must be unused, complete, and carefully packaged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or delivery errors.

d) Refunds / Store Credit:
If your return is accepted, you will be offered either store credit or an exchange.
Refunds are only possible if the item is defective or cannot be delivered.

7. Warranty and Liability

The legal warranty applies in accordance with Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.

We disclaim liability for indirect damages. Our liability in cases of slight negligence is limited to essential contractual obligations.

8. Retention of Ownership

All items remain the property of Finn&Rosie until full payment has been received.

9. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Final Provisions

Applicable law is French law, excluding the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods.

Jurisdiction: The competent court is that of Finn&Rosie’s registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
