Return and refund policy
1. Return Conditions – Simple and Clear
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
Product Condition:
The item must be returned in perfect condition, without any signs of use such as stains, scratches, or wear.
Accessories and Tags:
Please make sure all original tags, accessories, and documentation are included in the package.
Packaging:
Original packaging is appreciated but not mandatory. What matters most is that the item is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
2. Flexible Return Window
You have a full 30 days to make a return. We understand that some items may not be a perfect fit – and we're here to help.
3. Order Cancellation and Refunds
Please note that orders cannot be canceled more than 15 minutes after placement. After this period, the order is immediately prepared for shipping and cannot be refunded.
However, once the item is received, you can proceed with the standard return process if you still wish to return it. Thank you for your understanding.
4. How to Make a Return

Have your order number ready and briefly state the reason for your return.
Our team will review your request and guide you through each step.
5. Return Fees – Transparent and Fair
Shipping Fees:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to make the process simple.
Exchanges (e.g., different size):
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, we’ll gladly arrange it. Shipping costs for the new item remain your responsibility.
6. After the Return
Exchange:
Once your return is received and verified, we’ll send out the item in the new size.
Store Credit:
We can also issue you a store credit with no expiration date, valid for any item in our store.
In Case of Non-Conformity or Change of Mind:
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility, and proof of shipment must be kept.
7. Exceptions
Sale Items:
Discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, we can offer store credit.
Incomplete or Used Returns:
Items showing signs of wear, missing components, or without tags will not be accepted.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in the quality of our pieces. If an item arrives damaged or defective:
