How to Place an Order

For security reasons, we do not accept orders by phone.
Please follow these simple steps to order:

  2. Select the desired quantity and click “Add to Cart”

  3. Create an account or log into your existing account

  4. Enter your shipping address and payment information

  5. Review your order and complete your purchase

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You have two options to track your order:

  • Click “View Order Status” in the email

  • Or paste the tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., DHL, UPS)


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to the sender, your order will be refunded excluding shipping costs.
A new order must be placed.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours after being placed.
After this time, processing begins and cannot be interrupted to ensure fast delivery.


Address Changes

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change of address by emailing us at:
